Getting HIV doesn't mean giving up sex, you just have to make sure you ALWAYS use a condom. Use them even if your partner is also HIV+ as you can re-infect each other with different kinds of HIV.

It's also good to use another form of family planning. Condoms are 98% effective and that 2% chance of falling pregnant is particularly serious for people with HIV. Make sure you decide when you want to have a baby – don’t let it be a mistake.
